Elitza Stoilova

Elitza Stoilova is the co-founder and CEO of Umni - an AI chatbot platform for creating and managing AI chatbots for sales, marketing and customer support, and a co-founder, CEO and expert of AI agency AI2B Zone (audit, consultancy and training in AI).

Elitza has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, with an established career as a Marketing Director and General Manager of hotels, a tour operator, and a real estate company managing hotels. She has worked in hotels in Turkey, Tunisia and Morocco, and developed her career in the hospitality industry over 17 years on Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands (USA). She served as a destination marketing consultant and committee chair for the Marianas Visitors Authority (AdHoc, MVA) for over 10 years and received 2 awards from MVA for her impact on destination development.

Elitza co-founded Umni while participating in and successfully completing the largest global startup accelerator, The Founder Institute (by Silicon Valley), with a focus on chatbots, in 2017.

Elitza was a lecturer at Software University with the first comprehensive course in Bulgaria on AI chatbots. She is a certified AEO Specialist (AI visibility optimization), AI consultant and trainer, a frequent expert guest in national media, and a speaker at conferences, public events and universities in Bulgaria and China, where she teaches "AI in Tourism". She is the author of the AI Travel Economy column at BGTourism.bg and of Bulgaria's first course "AEO for hotels".
