About the speaker
Neven Dilkov is a visionary entrepreneur and a global leader in the telecommunications industry with over 30 years of experience. As the founder and CEO of Neterra, he has built an independent global network spanning 220 locations in 75+ countries, serving hundreds of global enterprises and 9 of the world’s 10 largest telecoms. Under his leadership, Neterra has been recognized as the Best Connectivity Provider in Central and Eastern Europe for three consecutive years (2023, 2024, and 2025) and has become a Starlink Authorized Reseller.
Neven is also the founder of NetIX, one of the top 10 global Internet Exchange platforms, which revolutionized how networks exchange traffic internationally. His ecosystem of innovative ventures includes Sofia Data Center, Neterra.Cloud, and Neterra.TV.
A respected voice in European policy, Neven served two successful mandates as Chairman of the Board of ecta (European Competitive Telecommunications Association) and continues to contribute as a Board Member. He was also a member of the Forbes Business Council through 2025.
Neven holds a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics (summa cum laude) from West Virginia Wesleyan College and has studied at Tsinghua University (China) and Sofia Technical University. He is fluent in English, Bulgarian, and Mandarin Chinese.
