About the speaker

Dragomir is a seasoned Enterprise Cyber Security Architect with more than 27 years of experience designing and governing business-driven security architectures across IT, OT, and software-centric product environments. As Lead Cyber Security Architect, he leads security-by-design initiatives grounded in Enterprise Architecture and SABSA principles, ensuring cyber security is systematically embedded into digital products, platforms, and operations to deliver tangible business value.

Previously, Dragomir held senior leadership roles in the energy, cyber security products and services development sectors. He holds an MSc from RWTH Aachen (Germany), is a SABSA Chartered Architect, and combines deep architectural rigor with hands-on industry, product, and research experience.
