About the talk
Talk DescriptionEvery prompt, agent and automated workflow teaches AI how a business works, and that know-how is quietly moving from companies to the providers of AI. Drawing on recent cases, from the Navier–Stokes race to experts paid to train models on their workflows, Prof. Simeon Stoyanov argues that the real sovereignty question today is not just data, but who owns our ways of thinking. He shows what sovereign AI means in practice: control over data, models, compute, operations and know-how. He then presents Europe's answer, the network of EuroHPC AI Factories, and the Bulgarian AI Factory BRAIN++ as a complete support structure: community, events and training; AI services from data preparation to a sovereign AI cloud with open-weight models; small, core and Big Projects, including incubation for startups and acceleration for SMEs; all built on AI compute resources with flexible access modes. The talk closes with five questions every company should ask before deploying AI.
Key TakeawaysEvery prompt, agent and workflow teaches AI how your business works, and today that know-how stays with the provider, not with you. Participants will get a simple five-layer lens for sovereign AI, real cases like the Navier–Stokes race, and a clear path to sovereign AI through the EuroHPC AI Factories and BRAIN++. They leave with five questions to ask before deploying any AI. Your workflow is the new training data. Decide who gets it.
