The terms under which you may purchase a ticket, take part as an exhibitor/sponsor, and attend CONNEXUS 2026 (Black Sea Technology Forum).

These Terms of Use («Terms») govern access to the website and participation in CONNEXUS 2026 (Black Sea Technology Forum, the «Forum»). The Forum is organized by ICT Cluster Varna (the «Organizer»), and tickets for it are sold by IKT Proekt EOOD, UIC 208289594 (the «Seller») - the company that is your counterparty under the ticket purchase contract. Where these Terms say «we», that means the Seller and the Organizer together, each within its own role. By registering for a ticket, applying for a booth/sponsorship, or attending the Forum, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the website or participate in the event.
The Forum is organized by ICT Cluster Varna. The event takes place 5-7 October 2026 at Hotel Cherno More, Varna, Bulgaria. The Organizer reserves the right to change the dates, venue or program where objectively necessary, notifying registered attendees in a timely manner.
Tickets for the Forum are sold by IKT Proekt EOOD - the company you enter into the purchase contract with and the controller of the personal data processed in connection with the Forum:
Registration requires accurate and up-to-date information (name, email, phone). A ticket is a three-day pass valid for all days of the event and may be used by a different person on each day; on any given day a ticket admits one person. No advance notice is required to change who uses it, and the ticket is not personalized to a name. Tickets grant access as described for the relevant ticket type on the tickets page. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel a registration in case of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or a breach of these Terms.
Tickets for the Forum are sold online exclusively through the URBO CITY platform operated by UPASS JSC, UIC 207327088, correspondence address 3 Dobromir Hriz St., Sofia 1124, Bulgaria, [email protected], tel. 0700 70 270.
The prices published on the URBO platform are in euro (EUR). For individuals, the published price is final and includes VAT. For companies, the price excludes VAT, which is charged on top. The invoice for the purchase is issued by the Seller. Tickets are paid for through the URBO CITY platform (see item 4) by bank card, with the card payment processed by DSK Bank. Exhibitor and sponsor payments are made by the methods stated in the confirmation or the individual contract. A ticket/participation is considered confirmed once payment has been received.
A booth or sponsorship package inquiry does not automatically confirm participation - it is confirmed in writing by the Organizer once the details (package, location, payment deadlines) are agreed. Package details are published on the «Exhibitors» page and may be updated by the Organizer.
Attendees must comply with applicable law, the venue's rules, and the instructions of Forum staff. The Organizer reserves the right to remove from the Forum any person whose conduct endangers safety, order, or the reputation of the event, without a right to a refund of any fee paid.
Notice of photography and video recording. Photography and video recording will take place during CONNEXUS 2026. The footage may be published on the official website and social media channels of the event and of the organizer, ICT Cluster – Varna, and may be used in informational, advertising and marketing materials promoting the forum and its future editions.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let the registration team and the photographers know.
During the Forum, the Organizer and its partners may take photographs and video recordings for coverage, promotion and archiving of the event, which may include attendees. This processing is carried out on the basis of legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and not on the basis of consent given by attending. You may object at any time to being recorded or to the use of any particular material by writing to [email protected]; where the objection is well-founded, the material will not be used going forward.
The content of the website is owned by the Organizer or used with permission and is protected by copyright. Copying, distributing or using it for commercial purposes without prior written consent is not permitted.
The Organizer takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of published information (program, speakers, prices) but does not guarantee that no changes will occur. The Organizer and the Seller are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from participation in the Forum, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Organizer and the Seller are not liable for failure to perform or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control - natural disasters, epidemics, actions of public authorities, strikes or other force majeure events.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page with the last-updated date shown. Continued use of the website or participation in the Forum after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the competent court in Varna, Bulgaria, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
